WHAT TO EXPECT
Growing Together Home Visitors meet with caregivers in their homes and/or accompany families on well-child health care visits. Home Visitors are available between visits via virtual connections, phone calls, texts, and emails.
During visits, parents/caregivers and home visitors will discuss various topics, including:
